site transfer ioA?

hm i have problems with the

site transfer <MB> <from section> <to section>

i did use it like

site transfer 100 2 0

so i suppose it will transfer then 100MB from section 2 to section 0
but it dont work
also tried site transfer 100 REQUEST GAMES

also dont work

Each time i get this error

200-ioA error. Talk to scriptmaker. Exiting

Any idea or are there more people who having the same problem?
