Idle Auto-Disconnect

A per-site option to auto disconnect from a site after specified idletime. A 3 state checkbox for easy site seems appropriate with a global on/off and settings for the idle time. The anti idle keep alives should be ignored by this timer, so that it will still disconnect from the site after specified duration even if it has been sending keep alives.
