&d[caption] - multiple lines

When using &d it would be really nice to have a way to include multiple lines of text to help document the options a user has. So any way to allow \n to be embedded inside the []'s or for the closing ] to end on a different line? Also, the window could be named the same as the menu command being executed but that's not a big deal.
