Could there be a time associated with the Speed Limit feature

Hi,

Could there be a feature added to the speed limit processing so that the it can be set between certain times please.

I.E. I want to restrict my download speed to 100k (or even maybe 1k ) during the day for example from 8am to Midnight and then it go flat out for the rest of the time ?
