Random/definable active ports

As we all know the bind login-1 option does not work at all in windows, the lingering port just sucks...

So i would love if this could be changed so an active port range is used..either random or even better definable in ioftpd.ini.

Old issues, new request/suggestion once again. Its been told before but nothing gets changed
The amount of errors with current implementation is really unacceptable..

Try using Windows 2003 SP1. The port reuse timing issue was fixed.
