Upload credits multiplier option

It would be really sweet if you could add an option that is sort of the inverse of the credits section that would multiply the # of credits a user gets for uploading in a certain section by a specified value ie:

Section Multiplier
/MP3/* 3
/* 1


This way when someone uploads mp3s they get 3x as much credit as uploading something else..

This is usually solved by using several credit sections & transfer script.
