Speedlimit..again

Just tought, some ppl (including me) dont have so much upload, so if you could make i possible with an simple command do so you can set a limit on the ftp's UL/DL speed at once.
Like "site ulspeed 10kb"

Must say that io rawks in any other case!

if I'm not mistaken, u can do global settings in glftpd with the use with *.
Like "site change * max_dlspeed 10" and then all the logins on the site would have max dlspeed to 10kb/s. Would be cool if we could do that for grps too, ie: site change =ioFTPD max_dlspeed 10, so everyone in grp ioFTPD would be capped at 10kb/s download and so on.

ioFTPD is coming along nicely, I wouldn't be surprised on seeing that eventually
