Default tree expand icon en-clickable (uncached remote directory)

on remote folder tree.
when remote directory is uncached, folder icon is clickable to expand through natural (auto-expand option was enabled),
but tree expand icon is not clickable.

please make it the same operation.

This appears to be the standard windows behavior.

Hm, I have to agree with hain. I reacted on this behaviour too and would like to see it as hain does, if it's possible.

While I'm at it, can I wish for toolbar buttons for toggling the left/right tree displays?

It's possible that maybe Windows Explorer uses some sort of special trick to do this, I am not aware of any way this can be done. If anyone happens to know i'd be more than happy to look into it.

You can't control or adjust that behaviour because it's a standard Windows API? (I'm not a programmer myself so I'm just guessing here...)

Essentially, I'd like to be able to click on the plus-sign on any directory (cached or not) to expand it.

Best regards

I looked but was unable to find a way to do that.
