REQ: On the fly speed increase/decrease for users

i noticed that when you change a user's allowed speed transfer it only applies when either he reconnects and resumes or on the next file in his queue. in theory that sounds nice, but when it comes to practical use it gets annoying either having to kick someone to reduce they're speed or wait for their file to be done.

I'm just wondering if it would be possible to incorporate that lil feature into the next ver. or so?

I guess it might be possible to do. However, if you share single user database between two or more sites, change will be atomic only on site that issues the change.

I guess it might be a good idea to implement bw limitations using LUA script... such would enable per section/directory/site bw usage restrictions.
