Default Forum registration problem

Hi there. I bought a licence for FLashFXP today, and I thought I would join the support forums as well. On signing up, I tried to enter my id number, but it kept coming back to me saying the number is invalid. I got the number from the about menu within flashfxp like it says on the profile page, but - no dice

Many thanks

Badger.

database of registrations is manually updated, not real-time.

Mxx, its actually queried in real time now...there should be no wait. Will both of you please send an email to support(at)inicom.net with your FlashFXP registration emails, and the serial numbers you are attempting to use.
