Default Quick search at the top
If you try to use the quick search at the top of this forum takes you to a screen that says you didn't type in the letters of the image correctly. Well... there is no image when you use the quick search at the top. Kind of annoying when you are trying to search for answers and the search is fighting you.

As far as I can tell this only occurs if you're not logged in, If you're logged in then there is no image validation.
