Default attachments
I just noticed these little things when I went to upload an attachment just now:

"Use the 'Browse' button to find the file you want to attach, then click 'Upload' to add it to this post."

...however, the button says 'Choose', little confusing for some maybe. Also, was wondering if .rar extension could be added to the allowed extension list since I think most of us use that compression format.

i think the choose thing is vbulletin, but yes, I can add .rar to allowed extenstions.
