Default IOZS Error: Could not create mutex for release:

What causes this error? Generally it shows up in my log along with IOzs crashing when you try to scan it..

It means that ioZS is already scanning in that particular release directory. Are you trying to rescan in a folder where users are uploading files to? Basically iozs detects if its running already in a particular release folder. If so, it waits for 3 secs for the other iozs process to complete. If it hasn't finished by then, you get that error.
