remove incomplete folder in parent dir?

hey guys!

i've just installed ioZS on a new machine and i get a weird error. after i upload some files (mp3 and sfv) to a folder, all files are checked and seemed to be complete and doesnt have any crc errors. but the incomplete folder in the parent dir is still present, even if the files have the 100% complete folder in the dir. after i restart (!) ioFPTD.exe the folder is gone without any other actions (e.g. delete, wipe) from me.

i've rechecked the settings multiple times, but i dont know what i should do know.

any ideas?
