%U Cookie for norace_complete announce on IRC?

Hi is it possible to add the cookie %U for the norace_complete msg on IRC and the %G cookie.

I will make a annouce like this:

[MP3] Completed Test-RLS 20F, 100.32mB, 26s, 8114kB/s owned by tester/SiTEOPS.


but when i try this in config.php it wont work!



I have solved the problem and added these cookies by myself now. if someone need it pm me and i explain you how to add.
