[REQ]Request on IRC

Hi!

I search a script, which makes it possible to request something on IRC.

I request the following commands:

!request <name>
!requests ---> A table should be shown with all current requests
!reqdel <number>

I use ioFTPD-beta5-8-5r, ioBanana2, ioA 2.0.2.

ioA and DZSbot will do this for you.

I use ioA and ioBanana, because dzSBot doesn't work on my system
