Default [REQ] - nukereq on site command
It would be nice if some of you could write down a small script (itcl maybe) that send a msg (via site msg) to a certain user when typing "SITE NUKEREQ <DIR> <REASON>".

So for example the defined user is called NUKER.

I do a raw command "site nukereq thisdir crap".

And demon sends a simple msg to user NUKER in this format:
"YYYY-MM-DD thisdir crap"

Why not just PM them on IRC?
Problem with site messages is people have an habit of not noticing / botherring reading.
