i think he wants a tool to pre stuff (for a release group)

...i'd say modify the supplex release yourself if it doesnt already work with io, shouldn't be THAT hard

You mean "perplex" not "supplex". Anyway, that only includes static binaries for Linux and FreeBSD (no source); useless for Windows users. These scripts aren't public for many reasons. Mainly, those who need one, can code it themselves.
