site and IRC command to wipe all nuked directories

hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a script that can wipe all nuked releases on my site.
such as 'SITE clean' (in drftpd)

I would also like a similar command for my eggdrop (where a command like '!clean' could be used in a specific irc chan, by a specific user, and it would spam all nuked directories on the site then wipe them all).

if someone could help me out with this one, i would appreciate it
