[REQ]-Bandwith script

I no there is one in ioftpd allready, but that looks like this:
[BANDWIDTH] - Up: 0 at 0.0KB/s - Dn: 0 at 0.0KB/s - Total: 0 at 0.0KB/s.

but I was looking for somethig like this

[BW] 1 up at 42.3kB/s (1%) :: 5 down at 1.77MB/s (57%) 6 in total at 1.81MB/s (20%) :: 0 browsing :: 0 idle :: 6 in total

Does it exist?
Is it hard to make, or could someone make it?
