looking for : bot changing channel topic when 1 site leaves channel

hey there ,

I am looking for a script that changes the channel topic when a sitebot leaves the channel or a ioftpd server goes down ..

for example my topic is :

Status : ftp1 = UP | ftp2 = UP | ftp3 = UP

and when one site goes down or sitebot leaves another bot should change the topic to :

status : ftp1 = DOWN | ftp = UP | ftp3 = UP

Is there a script like this ??

I made a script up for this last night it works 2ways 1: channel join/part 2: socket test on the ip/port i still gotta test for some bugs but if you want you can msg me on efnet and get a testing vers, same nick

Here you go Enjoy msg me or post any bugs expect a final version within next week or so.

It will either do socket connect check or part/join up down settings, make sure you set the timer val too something reasonable.

mode 0 == join part - up down mode
mode 1 == socket check

if you have msgkey set properly it will parse before it and update appended topic

read comments in the file.
