Default 425 Can't build data connection: User locking failed.
I get this time to time.
Using: ioFTPD 5.8.5r and latest ioBanana

425 Can't build data connection: User locking failed.
Transfer Failed!
PASV

I think it has to do with ioShareDB but not sure. But even if so or not, is there anyway to solve this?

It means what it says :-) Module failed to lock user for whatever reason. As far as I can remember, _locking_ failure does not cause this, it's failed unlocking that causes locking to fail Once unlocking fails, io sets up timer that tries to unlock user every 30secs.... until unlocking succeeds, after which locking is allowed again.

Yep.. it's just kind of error that helps module developer to figure out that something is actually going wrong

Same problem here but it never unlockes or whatsoever and i even can`t delete the user cause the same error occures... annoying as hell and im also using ioShareDB

use harms ioShareHelpers, they do alot. And there is no need to delete the user, unlock the user in mysql
