Default balanced device change
hi

would be nice to have a script which changes the device settings on a certain call like:
- time
- dl/up-volume
- specific user is doing a race

eg.:
at night i change to a other device...
if i reached 50GB traffic change to the other device ...
if a "courier" enters the server a specific device is reservered for him - all other connections atm are moved to device2 an device3 ...
etc..
etc...
