Global credits error 13

i instaled and configured the GC script in all my servers but when I type the command:
site gc site who
as an exemple, i tkae an window with the error 13 type mismatch in my server.
anyone know why?

I wnat this to do my commands with all my server together, like add, remove, edit in all servers using just one command, can i do that in other way?
