|  ioDELUSER (readd, purge, deluser, ban, unban)
Kinda the same as ioreincarnation, but it also adds a function to temporary ban people from the site.
site ban <user> <time> <reason> - adds a temporary ban
site unban <user> - removes temporary ban
site deluser <user> - adds the deluser flag to a user
site readd <user> - readds a deleted user
site purge <user> - purge a user from site
site purge * - Purges all users witht he delete flag.

the deluser,readd,purge commands are helpful for quota scripts and stuff. should work with all quota scripts. if not report here.
