Default bug with nxtools
looks like nxnuke isnt closing file handle properly,
nuked, unnuked, then tried to nuke again and it failed
03-02-2005 18:20:20 - NukeRecord : couldn't open "C:/site/DIVX/[NUKED]-test/.ioFTPD.nxNuke": no such file or directory

Even if that were the case, the file itself would exist if the handle wasn't closed. Except the buffer wouldn't be completely flushed to disk, which does not explain the "no such file or directory" error.
