AlcoBot + tclhash.c/688 crash

Hi NeoXed.

First of all thanks for a very well-made sitebot. Since swichting from dZSBot to AlcoBot, eggdrop will crash every time when switching userfiles.

eggdrop version is 1.6.17+SLL (Bounty's), ioFTPd 5.8.7r and AlcoBot 0.7.0.

Any clues to what might be causing the error would be appreciated.

Eggdrop bug, not my problem. No Tcl script should ever cause an application to segfault.
