Default Bad speeds
Cause for this problem was located.. with one word: Microsoft, or two: Microsoft Windows.. it doesn't like to send() as much data per call as I want it to There's a patched version in General Discussion forum (it fixes chgroup/change bugs as well).. offical release will follow later today or tomorrow.
