ls-lR and http search

problem 1:
I want ioftpd to generate a ls-lR.z file automatically
which script can do this?

problem 2:
I'd like to build a http search server for ftp files and folders
because it's too boring to visit ftp folders one by one...
Should I use IIS+Index Services to do this?
or there are any ioftpd scripts?
