Set different connections/ip for different users

i wanna set different connections/ip for different users,
but i don`t know how ,does it need a script?

my english isn`t good enough, did i express clearly?

you need no script for but, but if you set max connectios per ip to for example 3 then everybody could login 3 times with one IP.

But you can limit ftp connections per user so if a user is only allowed to have two simultanous connections, it doesn't matter, that he could have three from his ip/host.
