restrict access to anonymous from certain IPs

Hi!
Can anyone help me to do this: restrict anonymous acces from certain IPs, only authorised access is allowed.

I mean this IPs have *PRIVATE* access to my ftp and I dont want let them to login as *ANONYMOUS* users, ONLY as *PRIVATE* users.

Changing ident in anonymous user - so many idents....

So, please help me!

Example :
