Default Windrop crashing on blowfish cmds

I am running ioFTPD 5.8.5r and ioBanana v20 with Windrop 1.6.17 and TCL v8.4.7.
I am using blowfish for encrypted announces.

If somebody now types encrypted !bw in channel, windrop exits IRC.

In the partyline it sais:

* Last context: tclhash.c/684 [Tcl proc: ioB:decryptcmd, param: $_pub1 $_pub2 $_pub3 $_pub4 $_pub5]
* Please REPORT this BUG!
* Check doc/BUG-REPORT on how to do so.
* Wrote DEBUG
* SEGMENT VIOLATION -- CRASHING!

Here is the DEBUG msg:

Those errors are pretty random. It seems to be related to the way windrop's tcl dll is built.
I've never had any problem with B0unty's builds (windrop + ssl).
