[REQ] Add !banned group

Hey harm, could u add !banned command to bot command list, as it was in previous banana, so that users can see what groups are banned plz?

Ok. Would you rather have it to use a variable in the bot's config file or fetch the groupnames from another script's config file (like the autonuker) ?

Guess that grabbing from autonuker would be more "professional" and faster to config, but dunno if for u is easier to just grab it from ioconfig.tcl or not.
