Is the Move (Ctrl+M) broken?

Hi!

In the latest update version 4.1.8 (build 1700) the Move (Ctrl+M) acting a bit strange.
If I want to move a file/folder from "/" into "/testdir/" and select testdir it directly lists the whole "/testdir/*" structure and jumps into the last folder like "/testdir/zzzzzzz/".
Should it behave like this or is it just some setting to make it stay in /testdir/?
