Default 4.1.3 Bug - .bat files not transferred as binary

As per the title, .bat files are not transferred as binary. In the transfer, my file lost 2 bytes somewhere.

I renamed the file .exe, uploaded it, then rename it back to .bat and it was fine.

I had it set to auto in options. The bug was also present in v3 (I just upgraded).

I have a paid license.

P.S. When I logged into the forum, I entered my password wrong once, then got the following error message when I entered it correctly: Invalid Redirect URL (https://secure.flashfxp.com/forum/login.php?do=login)

1. From the main menu select > Options > Filters
2. Then on the Filters dialog / ASCII tab, Remove the .bat file extension from the list
3. Finally click the OK button to save the changes.

Thank you for bringing the forum login issue to my attention, this has been resolved. It was caused by the last forum update.

As I said, I got it working.

Why not just default it to binary though if it can potentially screw up a batch files?

We can remove .bat files from the default ASCII list but this will only apply to customers performing a new installation, existing customers will still need to manually remove .bat from the list if they desire to do so.
