My old 2.0 key is unusable / cant upgrade to 4.0

Hello,

I've installed flashfxp on a new pc and although I have a valid 2.0 key and it's suggested that I can update to 4.0 , I run into several road bumps:

When you copy paste the key in the evaluation screen, it moves you to a site and you get to see the user portal, however once there if I click on "registration keys" , there can none be found.

Is there a possible fix for this ?

sorry didn't seem to have received it, you're sending it to <edited by admin> ? I even looked in my spam folder and it's not there too

oh, anyway either with or without email thanks, i see the registration info now in my portal!
