Default Sales Tax Question
I am trying to buy another license to install on my second computer. When I try to use Paypal it adds tax to my purchase even though I dont live in Illinois. Is this correct?

When you pay using PayPal our server doesn't know your billing address until after you've returned from the PayPal website. On the final step it you will be able to review the payment information and on this page the sales tax should be removed.

If for whatever reason you are charged sales tax, please contact us and we will issue you a prompt refund for the sales tax.
