Apply certain attributes to a file upon upload?

I'm sure I'm missing something VERY simple, but how can I upload a file with -rwxrwxrwx permissions instead of -rw-r--r--? I understand I can chmod it through flashfxp after, but it would be MUCH easier, efficient and simpler to have it done when uploading.

The default permissions are defined by the server, to use something else it must be manually changed after upload, there's no way to as part of the upload process.
