The format is based on the text format exported by cuteftp pro.

Site Label: <name>
HostName: <address>
User Name: <user>
Password: <pass>
Port: <port>
Default remote folder: <path>
Default local folder: <path>
Comments: <comment>

Each site record is seperated by a double CR/LF
