Default LiveUpdate Error: Your registration key could not be verified
Your registration key could not be verified. If you just purchased FlashFXP your information is not in our database yet. Please try again later...otherwise, please contact <email> immediately.

While the warning suggests to contact us via email, It will be much faster to contact us via our contact form.

We experienced catastrophic system failures and were unable to recover some customer records. We're currently in the process of issuing everyone effected a new license key.

To speed up the process we're asking customers effected by this issue to contact support with your license key.
If you do not have your license key we can issue you a new one.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
