Default bulk replace IP#

I've just moved roughly 100 domains that I host to a new server. That, of course, means a new IP.

I'd like to not have to edit each entry in the Site Manager to replace the IP.

Is there a way to do that, please?

sites.dat is a plain text file.
make a backup of it just in case, and then use any text editor to find/replace IPs

Thank you for the prompt and excellent advice. Worked perfectly. Saved me a lot of tedious work.
