Default Download DIRECTORIES recursively
I've connenting into ftp serv. with FlashFXP, but I want to download ONLY the DIRETORIES and *.jpg files into my harddrive recursively. The server contains many different filetypes, and 4-5 subdirectories in 15 main directory.

How can I do this?

from the menu, Tools > Selective Transfer

Click "New" button
type "jpg only"
Click "OK" button
In the file mask edit type in *.jpg and click the "add" button
Click "Save / Activate" button

What you've done is setup a rule to only transfer *.jpg files all other file types will be skipped.

Once you're done and you want to set it back to default
from the menu, Tools > Selective Transfer > <default>
