You need build 856 or greater to import custom command sets.

To import a custom command set, open the custom command editor, right click in the command list and select import from the popped up menu.

The current command list was missing the 'site who' command which can be used by normal users unlike 'site xwho' which normal users can't use.

So I have updated the command list and added the 'who' command to the list for your enjoyment.
