Yep that cookie shows wrong value. It shows free disk space of first device specified in VFS, not the last one on which uploads are stored. Should show free disk space for the last device cause that is the interesting part, you wanna know how much you can still upload into that dir.
VFS-raided dirs were never intented to support writing, just read-only for archiving purposes. So it's no surprise that everything is not all OK. Another thing that could be "fixed" is whenever a raided vfs-mount is chmodded it should change permissions on either all drives or the last one, again cause that is the one where the uploads go.
But remember, cookies and stuff is not high priority. Dark0n3 has put ALOT of work into new core (again) and other stuff that is way more important than cookies.

Really, it would get far too complicated. Why would one even be concerned about how much space is free in archive directory?
