Default Active transfers
Active transfers: 4294967295 <-- ? :/

happened on 4.6.x for a while, then stopped and it was all good
now 4.9.x starts doing the same..

Transfer counter is dodgy in 4.6.x & 4.9.x .. so is connection counter :\ both are fixed in next version
