Default Help please
I've this error

[R] Connected. Negotiating SSL session..
[R] 550 Action not allowed by limiter.
[R] Failed SSL negotiation, disconnected
[R] Transfer Failed!

It's an ioFTPD or script or user error?

I use ioFTPD 5.8.5r+ioBananav20

Its not a bug you just have your io configged badly.
Impossible to say what the issue is from so little info.
